Team Summary Completed
This screen shows the reviews that have already been completed by the employees and also the overall ratings for each review. When the employee has already filled up the last stage of the workflow screen which is the Employee Feedback, the records will now be put on this screen and will, in turn, not be viewable on the Team Summary in Progress screen. In addition, the manager can view the progress of the employees over some review periods.

Rules and Guidelines
- You can view the individual's Performance Review by double clicking the relevant row.
- The Reset Workflow button is available if:
- This has been added to the User's Access Profile; and
- The Reset Workflow formula has been met (i.e. Today's Date =< X days; where 'X' days is defaulted to 30 days but can be changed by users via navigating to the Header screen, and amending the value in the "Workflow Reset" field).
ESS Access
- Information entered on this window could be accessible to the employee when logging into Employee Self Service.
Field Information
This field displays the employee's name.
This shows the progress of the performance review(i.e. 'Completed Appraisal').
This is the date the Performance Review was completed and archived.
This is the overall rating of the Performance as determined by the manager.
This is the name of the workflow.
This is the organisational unit of the employee.
If you have accidentally finalised the Performance Review, click this button to reset the workflow.
This button resets the workflow back to the last step. Once clicked, this will then bring the workflow to Performance Review Team Summary (Performance Review In Progress).
